The current document is a public offering, which describes terms and conditions of our services.

By making a payment or joining our classes or other activities the Student agrees to our Terms and Conditions and the Code of Conduct.
Classes include (but are not limited to) lectures by the course trainers, practical exercises that include personal and general analysis of participants' questions, assignments, and consultations of participants on personal and / or general issues (depending on time available and with the consent of the company and class members).
In order to avoid misunderstandings, the Company, represented by the course trainers, will try to maintain a reasonable balance of attention to the personal and general questions of the participants on the declared topics of the program. Nevertheless, when conducting classes, the Company and all trainers will rely on the class program previously formed by the Company.
The company reserves its own choice of platforms and sites for classes, including the use of video and audio broadcasting and group of classes, using modern and common tools for organizing classes of the Company's program.
By joining the classes of the Company, you agree that you have the technical ability to join such online Internet communication platforms as Zoom, Skype, Email, etc., which will be declared by the Company.
In order to avoid misunderstandings, the Company seeks to take into account convenience and seeks to improve the quality of the services provided, but clarifies that the right to choose the platform remains with the Company.
Registration will be complete after we receive your payment and registration form.
By making a payment, you agree to our terms and conditions.
Student must provide their contact details at registration. The Company does not accept any responsibility for insufficient or incorrect data provided by the Student.
All students must be 16 or over at the time when they join our course.
We work on first-paid-first-served basis – book as soon as you can to secure your place.
Prices are shown in US dollars ($) and include VAT.
Prices and promotional offers are non-negotiable.

By making the payment Student agrees to all Company’s (monkeypuzzlecourse.ru) terms and conditions.
COURSE FEES AND OTHER FEES
The Solving the Monkey Puzzle educational program consists of three modules. Detailed information about the program can be found on the monkeypuzzlecourse.ru website.
Participation in the program may either be paid fully or by modules. In the latter case, the payment is made no later than the first day of the start of the new module.
The Company is ready to reimburse the Student the full amount if he or she contacts the Company's support service with a corresponding request, but no later than the 2nd lesson of a module.
A student who pays by modules has the right to refuse participation before the start of the following module.
The Company’s fees are non-negotiable. All discounts and promotional offers are subject to availability of places and are granted at Company’s discretion. In case no discounts can be granted, standard prices apply.
Any promotional or discount offer can be withdrawn by Company at any time.
The cost of participation in the Program may differ from the region in which the Student is located. Thus, the company strives to be flexible to the market conditions of a particular country.
For the avoidance of misunderstanding, the Company emphasizes that price differences do not in any way imply any signs of discrimination.
COURSE DATES AND HOURS
The Course dates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. In the event that the Company cancels lessons, the course will be extended by relevant number of lessons. The Company guarantees to deliver the number of course hours paid for. In case it is impossible, the cost of lessons cancelled will be fully refunded. The Company does not carry any responsibility for cancelling lessons because of reasons beyond control of the Company.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations can be made no later than the first day of the start of the next module. After that date no refunds will be given.
In order to avoid misunderstanding, the Company asks to inform in advance about your desire to refuse further participation in the program by sending a message to our mail
The Student should provide the Company with the data necessary for refund. Student’s cancellations must be made in the written form.
Refunds are processed within 14 working days.
Company does not offer refunds for unattended classes.
It is not possible to transfer the course registration to any other person.
The Students will receive an attendance certificate. There is an administration fee of $5 for the certificate, included in the course fee. Only students who attended the minimum of 80% of the course can receive attendance certificates.
If you have any illnesses, allergy, disability, learning difficulties or special educational needs, this must be reported to Company before paying the course fee. In order to avoid misunderstanding, if, after the communication of such information, the Company comes to the conclusion that it will not be able to provide the service to the Student, the Company reserves the right to refuse to provide the service and will fully refund the payment paid by the Student.
STUDENT ATTENDANCE AND CONDUCT
The Company's students are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards other students and the course trainers. The Students are expected to be on time, attend all the lessons and do all the assignments. By making a payment or joining our classes or other activities you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Code of Conduct.
We strongly advise to all students to take out insurance in case of the need to finish the course early due to medical conditions or other unpredictable circumstances. This applies especially to long-term bookings.
CHANGES TO TERMS
Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes. You can determine whether changes have been made by the date of the update.
Some problems and issues arise as a result of misunderstanding or mis-interpretation. These types of issues can normally be resolved by having an informal chat with the support representative or with the Director of Company.
Complaints will be dealt with as quickly and as effectively as possible.
Complaints should be made immediately, while the student is still attending our courses and the Company has a reasonable amount of time to take appropriate action.
Complaints must be made not later than within one weeks since the student became aware of the problem.
Complaints can be made only when full course fee has been submitted.
Complaints cannot be made about free classes if such were offered.

YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Company complies with all aspects of Data Protection Act and GDPR. Your personal data is obtained and stored only for purposes related to providing services ordered.
Personal data and contact details which you share with Company is for our internal use only and will not be sold to any third parties for marketing purposes.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Images and recordings of students taking part in Company's activities may be used in Company's promotional material and social media.
In case the student does not permit such use of their images, they should inform about this fact to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Company reserves the right to refuse enrolment without providing a reason.
Company does not accept any responsibility for any misunderstandings caused by insufficient English knowledge of the Student or translations into other languages including Company’s online or printed promotional materials.
Russian Law governs there Terms and Conditions and the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Russia Courts.
